FLU VACCINATIONS
Influenza vaccinations will be available from Onewa Doctors from the 2nd of April!
• In Surgery Bookings and Appointments •
Only booked patients are allowed inside the surgery. NO WALK-INS ALLOWED INSIDE. For any queries, please ring us at PH 09 418 3832.
If you have any COVID-19 like symptoms, please DO NOT COME INSIDE THE SURGERY.
– Please do a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on the day of your appointment and send us a photo of the result via our email, nurse@onewadoctors.com. Please note that WE DO NOT do face to face consultations for COVID Positive patients.
In consideration of others, and to protect our high risk/vulnerable patients, please WEAR A FACE MASK if you have a cough, cold, fever, sore throat or any other respiratory symptoms. We also recommend wearing a mask if you are at higher risk of getting seriously ill from COVID 19 or are keen to reduce your risk of becoming sick.
• Online Bookings •
Please DO NOT use the online booking service for the following appointments:
1. Immunisation – childhood or travel
2. Driving medical
3. Discuss immigration requirements
4. Procedures like IUD insertion/removal, mole removals, etc.
5. Filling up forms
6. If you are a new patient (FIRST APPOINTMENT)
For these and any other complex bookings and queries, your appointment must be booked through reception at PH 09 418 3832.
• Fees and Payments •
Just a friendly reminder:
1. All fees must be paid on the day of consultation. Fees not paid on the day incurs an additional account fee of $25 and a monthly statement fee of $10. Accounts not paid within 90 days are handed to Baycorp. Patients are liable for all debt collection costs.
2. Additional fees apply for Disbursements, Supplies, Procedures, Medical Certificates, WINZ Certificates, Driving Medicals, Travel Insurance, Life Insurance, Insurance Pre-approval forms, Smears, Mobility Parking Certificates, Referral Letters, Liquid Nitrogen, Travel Vaccines, Ear Syringe, Email Consults, Telephone Consults, ECG, Spirometry, Dressing Fee, etc. Please enquire at reception.
